** Volunteer Sign Ups always close at 10:00 am on Fridays! **

NOTE: Swimmers MUST swim in a minimum of 2 Dual Meets to eligible to swim in the Divisional Meet on 6/14/2025 in Huntsville.

1. Log in to huntsvillelakers.swimtopia.com. 
2. On the home page, scroll down to “Next Meet” on the right side. You will see 2 green buttons: “Meet Entry” and “Job Sign Up.
3. Click “Meet Entry” → “edit” → for each swimmer: choose “Attending this meet” or “Not attending this meet” for each swimmer.

IF NOT ATTENDING, click “Save,” and you’re done!

IF ATTENDING, all available events will appear on the screen. At Time Trials, we recommend swimmers get times for ALL 6 events if able to swim legally. Talk with coaches about which events to sign up for. Don’t forget to hit “SAVE.”

Volunteering: 

1. Click "Job SignUp" → “Sign up for Jobs.” 
2. Click the checkbox next to your job, scroll down & “SAVE.”

HOME MEET:

• Arrival/Set up: 6:45 am
• Lakers Warm Up: 7:15 
• Other Team Warm Up: 7:45 
• Timer/Scribe Meeting: 7:50 
• Officials Meeting: 8:00 
• National Anthem: 8:25
• Meet Start: 8:30

AWAY MEET: (subject to change based on communication from other team)

• Arrival: 7:30 am
• Warm Up: 7:45 
• Volunteer Meeting (Timers & Ready Bench): 8:00 
• Meet Start: 8:30

• Goggles
• Caps
• Towels
• Change of clothes

Families:

• Team shirt
• Sunscreen
• Canopy, chairs & blankets (Anything to be comfortable!)
• SNACKS & water (No glass)
