We absolutely need YOUR help this season! Swim meets cannot run smoothly without our volunteers!

We ask for a minimum of one adult volunteer/family for each swim meet in which your swimmer participates, please!

• Volunteer signups open each Sunday and close each Friday at 10 am.
• SHIFT 1: Events 1 - 40  (Time Trials, Events 1 - 34)
• SHIFT 2: Events 41 - 80 (Time Trials, Events 35 - 70)

HOME MEET JOBS:

• Heat Timer = 1/shift = 2 Total *
• Timers = 12 or 16 per shift, depending on # lanes used = 24 or 32 Total *
• Ready Bench = 3 per shift = 6 Total *
• Page Runner = 1/shift = 2 Total *
• Ribbons = 1-2 Total (** Only 1 shift, approx. Events 20-80)
• Concessions = 1/shift = 2 Total

* Time Trials Jobs also

AWAY MEET JOBS:

• Timers = 6 or 8 per shift, depending on # lanes used = 12 or 16 Total
• Ready Bench = 1 or 2 per shift = 2 or 4 Total
• Ribbons = 1 Total
