Good Morning again,

For all parents, please remember to bring drinks sometime this week, preferably by the end of Time Trials on Saturday!  Check in with Cristy Steffa so she can mark your name off of the list.  Boys-one case of Dasani Water, Girls-1 case of PowerAde.  (If you didn't attend parent meeting Monday, you'll hear about this tonight)

The following message only applies to parents who need to order the style of suit with more coverage in the back for the girls.  I apologize there was an issue with suits not fitting well last evening!  Deb, from Xtreme swim, has uploaded the suit that we need to the website and I am attaching a document of how to login and pick the team name to ensure you get the discount when you order.  The available sizes that she can have right now are 22-30.   If you have any issues, please call her, the number is at the bottom of the document.  She would be happy to walk you through the process.  If we get the orders in ASAP, we shouldn't have any issues getting our suits before the first meet and picture day.  I would do it today!  If you are ordering a suit, please email me (today) and I will send her the totals of different sizes everyone needs so she can order from her supplier. 

Also, if your daughter wears size 32 or bigger, those sizes are NOT going to be available until May 15, so even if you order today, it will not be available until after the first meet and after picture day.  FYI, If you go to swimoutlet.com, they have the suit with the full coverage, but the price is 75$, no discount available, but you would be able to get the suit before May 15, as far as I can tell.  

Again, I am so sorry we had issues, that is not how I intended it to be!

Team Portal

1.Login or Register on http://www.Xtremeswim.com by clicking Login or Register at the top right of the page

2.

If you have not registered, you need to register first. Then it will ask you for your code.  The Team Code is Lakers.

a.If you have already registered but forgot to add your team code – while logged in click on choose "Select Teams" at the top of the page, then "My Teams" and there will be a button that says "Add More Teams", and it will ask for the code.

3.Then you should be able to choose “Select Teams” from the top and click on your team name. Your team portal with the team items and discounts will show up. You may leave your Team Portal to purchase other items, and return to Team Portal. **Please note that you must check out while still in the team portal in order for the discounts to show up. If you click on a different department, then you will no longer be in the team portal and the discounts will not show up and will NOT be applied at checkout**

a.If you purchase an item in your team store and hit continue shopping, make sure you hit your team code that is Red at the top left of screen below the black Navigation bar to stay in Team Store.
