Hi Lakers,

Our first dual meet, against Lee County, is this Saturday! Don’t forget to enter by tomorrow at noon. We can’t wait to see everyone there! I wanted to let you know that Swimtopia also has an app. If you download the free version on your phone, you can log in with your Swimtopia login (that you created when you registered) and see your kids’ events, which makes it easier to mark them. If you upgrade to the paid version you will also get results, as they are posted.

If your swimmers can swim all the way across the pool, but they don’t have a time entered in the system, talk to the coaches about getting one. Tonight was the last chance to get a time to enter the Lee County meet, but you can still get a time to enter our meet against the Bryan Barracudas on May 21! The meets are really fun, and the more swimmers that show up, the better we do, especially in the younger age groups where we don’t have a lot of representation right now (6 and under and 7-8). Even if you think they aren’t that fast, they might win a ribbon and points for our team!
