Hello and hope everyone is well on this hot day! Tomorrow is our last dual meet of the season, and it is going to be fantastic!

Please arrive at the pool at 6:45 am for set up. Our swimmers warm up at 7:15. It is going to be HOT, so please plan accordingly, stay hydrated and take care of yourselves!

We will have a small beverage and snack concessions. And don't forget the Kona Ice truck will be there beginning around 9:30 am! 

Attached is the heat sheet (edited with relay combinations) for your convenience. The Athlete Check In will be taped up at the pool like usual for swimmers to mark their events.
