Good morning. Sign ups for Trinity & Ponderosa are OPEN! We currently have 39 swimmers eligible to swim in either of these Invitationals. That is awesome! But wait... swimmers have one last opportunity to make times at Divisionals!

You will receive a separate email if your swimmer has already qualified. When you go into either meet entry to sign up, you will clearly see events for which your swimmer is eligible/not eligible.  Please refer to Time Standards for both meets here: https://www.nwal.org/invitational-meets

** Trinity's 3 Event Bonus Rule: If your swimmer qualifies in 3 events, s/he may swim more than 3 events EXCEPT the 100 Free AND as long as s/he doesn't have a Ponderosa time in the bonus events.

Trinity Individual Events: $8 each

Ponderosa Individual Events: $10 each

Please get your entries for both Invitationals in by 5 pm on Saturday, 6/17 - no exceptions!
