Good morning, Lakers families. Time Trials are tomorrow morning -- Get ready to see what Lakers meets are all about!

Team Picture is at 8 am. We'd love for the whole team to show up to be included in the photo!!

Make sure to have sunscreen, drinks, snacks and whatever you'll need to feel comfortable for a few hours.

Attached is the heat sheet, which shows the order of events and swimmers with an estimated timeline. Please feel free to print a copy to bring to the meet.

Arrive at pool: 7:15 am

Warm up: 7:30 am

Team Picture: 8:00 am

Meet starts: 8:30 am
