You may have received a notification yesterday that Heat Sheets are available in the mobile app.

A Heat Sheet is a document that lists the order of events at a swim meet, including the heat and lane assignments for each swimmer. The Time Trials information email included a PDF version of the Heat Sheet that you may print to bring tomorrow.

As an alternative, everyone is encouraged to download the Swimtopia app before Time Trials. The free version of the app will tell you your swimmer’s event, heat, and lane number so they know where they need to be when. 

There is also an option to upgrade to the paid “pro” version of the Swimtopia app (totally optional). The pro version will show you the names and seed times of the swimmers in every event. It will also notify you of your swimmer’s times as they are entered (usually before the swim meet is over). There is a monthly or annual option, and we recommend the monthly because you’ll want to cancel at the end of Lakers’ season.
