Today is our first day of practice. Please arrive for the 1st session for a skills assessment if you aren't sure which session is right for your swimmer.

1st session (Beginner): 5-5:30

2nd session (Intermediate): 5:30-6:15

3rd session (Senior): 6:00-7:30 (Senior ONLY Friday 5-6)
