Good morning, Lakers families. Time Trials are tomorrow morning -- Get ready to see what Lakers meets are all about!

Team Picture is at 8 am. We'd love for the whole team to show up to be included in the photo!! So, please come to the pool, wearing SUITS for the photo, regardless of TT participation.

Make sure to have suits, drinks, snacks and canopies, and whatever you'll need to feel comfortable for a few hours. Refer to a list of “What to Bring” here.

** The heat sheet is attached. This shows all swimming events in order with an estimated timeline. Please feel free to print your own copy to bring to the meet. Note some events may be combined.

** The athlete check in is also attached. This list is alphabetical and will list a swimmer’s event, heat number and lane number.

Arrival: 7:30 am
