Hi Lakers Families,

When completing meet entries for a Dual Meet, you will see an option to indicate if your swimmers are available to swim in relays. 

A relay requires 4 swimmers in a particular age group, and the computer will automatically assign the 4 swimmers with the fastest times. If you say YES to relays, you'll be notified at the end of the week if your swimmers was assigned to swim in a relay.

Each age group has 2 relays: Freestyle and Medley (Back, Breast, Fly, Free).

Relays are so much fun and great for team-building! They are also a great way for swimmers to get to know each other as they cheer their relay on!
