Good evening. We are so excited for our first meet against the Brenham Dolphins on Saturday, 5/10!! Please bear with this lengthy email as there is a lot of information.

• Address: Blue Bell Aquatic Center, 1800 E. Tom Green St., Brenham 77833
• Arrival Time: 7:15 am
• Warm Up Time: 7:45 am ** Team Meeting with Coach Crusita immediately following
• Timer Meeting: 8:00 am
• Meet Start: 8:30 am

** Upon arrival at the BBAC **

• Swimmers: Check in with Coach Crusita
• Volunteers: Check in with Board

Information about the BBAC:

This is a 6-lane, indoor pool with outdoor set-up ONLY on a first come, first served basis. Chairs, blankets, towels, canopies and food/drink are welcome. Again, set up is outside ONLY. Please note: The grassy area is still very water-logged from rain earlier in the week. Bring lots of towels!

• Limited seating in the pool area. You may sit in the bleachers to watch the meet ONLY when your swimmer is in the water. Then, please return to your outside set-up.
• Concessions: Coffee, breakfast tacos/prices TBD/cash only
• Shift 1 Volunteers: Events 1-40
• Shift 2 Volunteers: Events 41-80

** Heat sheet and Athlete check in are attached. You received a separate email if your swimmer is in a relay.

** We are still short Huntsville volunteers and will need volunteers in order to start the meet. If your swimmer participates, we need YOU!
