Practice has been canceled today and tomorrow due to pool issues.  However, EVERYONE who is planning on attending Divisionals needs to come by the pool today and verify their event.  Verification sheets will be collected at 6 pm.  If parents can come by sooner, that will allow us to work on relays sooner.  

Divisionals Notes:  

Meet will be held at Navasota Municipal Pool

Warm ups 7:40-8:00

Set up in the park (please try and set up around other people from Huntsville. This helps make sure relays are together and we can find you easily to let you know if you qualify for an invitational.

All those who are officiating will have a meeting at 8:00 at the start end of the pool

Heat sheets will be sold for $3.00

They will have a full concession stand. They will also have a snow cone booth and lemonade stand.

Divisional T-Shirts will be sold on site

Events 1-26  Lane: 1, 2, 4, 5, 8

Events 27-52   Lanes: 1, 2, 4, 5, 8

Events 53-80   Lanes 1, 2, 4 ,5, 8

1st & 2nd half Ready Bench

1 person to help with Ribbons (entire meet)

Invitationals:

Towards the end of the meet we will begin sign ups for the Trinity and Ponderosa Invitationals.  Swimmers are still able to earn times at this meet, we suggest you wait till your swimmer has completed all events before paying.  Everyone who qualifies for for an Invitational and wishes to attend MUST sign up and pay before leaving the meet.  If your swimmer qualifies for both Invitationals, they will need to look at the event schedule and time lines before deciding what they will sign up for.  Payments for these meets will be Cash or Check.  Both meets are June 25-26

     Trinity:

• Meet is held at the Conroe Natatorium (behind Old Navy & DSW in the Woodlands).19133 David Memorial Dr., Shenandoah, TX 77385.
• Meet starts at 8:00 AM
• Trinity offers a 3 Event Bonus Rule-if a swimmer earned 3 silver or gold times they can swim all other events they did not qualify for.  Exception-They MUST earn a gold or silver time to swim the 100 FREE. They can not swim an event if they have a Ponderosa time!  
• The cost for each event is $5.00 paid to The Lakers. The team will cover all relay fees.
• Trinity 2016 Shirts are available for $15 sizes YM- AXL and $17 for 2XL. Shirts must be ordered when you sign your swimmer up.

    Ponderosa:

• Meet is held at Klein Oak Hish School Natatorium-22603 Northcrest Dr., Spring, TX 77389
• Meet starts at 9:00 AM
• Swimmers can only swim events they qualify for.  Cost is $5.00 per event paid to The Lakers.  The team will cover all relay fees.
• Ponderosa Shirts and Towels can be pre-ordered online (ends June 22 at 10 pm). Spirit Items will also be sold at the meet but supplies are limited.  Shirts cost $15 and iron patches are available for $3.00 each.  Towels are $30. Spirit Squares can also be purchased for $15 (order online).
