For those of you going to the Trinity Gold/Silver Invitationals on Saturday & Sunday- Warm-ups are at 6:45am.  

Look for Coach Matt and Coach Jaron on deck.

 You will be warming up in the west pool in lane 8 on Saturday and lane 7 on Sunday.  

Swimmers will need to enter the back of the natatorium so they can shower before entering the pool.  Generally parents are not allowed on the pool deck, so you will drop your swimmer off in the back of natatorium.  After they go through the showers, tell them to look for Coach Matt and Coach Jaron.  There will be a long line so get there early.  Warm-ups are very important.  Don't be late.  

You will need to purchase a heat sheet (usually $5) and mark your swimmer so they can be ready.

 Parents- please pay attention to announcements so you can get your child to the ready bench on time.  

Be there by 6:30am to check in with the coaches.
