Please be on time to time trials tonight!  Set up will begin at 4:30pm.  Swimmers will warm up at 5:30pm.  The time trials will start at 6pm.  Age group parents will need to start finding your swimmers and get them to the ready bench as soon as warm ups are over.  Be sure to listen to the event numbers and have your swimmers ready.  There will be a short timers meeting to give a brief overview of what to do and how to record times on the timesheets.  

If you have younger children that are not swimming- please watch them and keep them out of the flow of traffic areas for example:  the ready bench area, the starting blocks, etc.  Please remember no one is allowed in the small pool at any time.

Please show up for time trials- we never know what the weather will do.  So please bring your swimmers.  If there is lightning and thunder in the area, we have a 20-30 minute wait period to see if the storm will pass.  If all is well, then we get back in the pool.  So if you do not receive an email from the website- Just come to the pool to check things out!!!
