Dear Parents,

Thanks for all your help on Saturday making the meet a success.  Thanks to all our old volunteers who stepped up and helped make it run smooth and thanks to our new volunteers who were quick to jump in unfamiliar waters.  We are excited about our first home meet.  Debbie Choate has agreed to be our new Parent Volunteer Coordinator, thanks Debbie.  Please make sure you sign up on line for your volunteer position.  This is under the V on the web site sign up page.  Debbie will be at a table towards the front of the pool at the beginning of the meet.  Please make sure you check in with her as she will record your volunteer time and postion.  We need everyone who will be at the meet to take a volunteer position so the meet can run smoothly.  During this week there will be a print out on the white table under the covered area with a list of previously registered volunteered positions.  Please make sure you check this list and if you are not going to be at the meet, cross your name off and if your name is not on the sheet and you are attending, please sign up for an open position.  If you are attending and the volunteer position is correct, please initial beside your name so we know that you know your volunteer position.
