After much fiddling I think we've figured the source of some of the sign up issues.

You must save your entries!!! If you are using a phone or ipad or even some computers, sometimes you cannot see the save button at the bottom without maximizing the screen or scrolling down. If you selected events and fail to save them, it will show on your side, but we will not get your events sent to us.  This is what happened at Time Trials, several of you selected events, but failed to save them, that is why you didn't show up on the heat sheets.  Please recheck your entries and be sure they are saved.

Also, if you need to change events after you have selected, go to add entries, a box will pop up at the top it will have show all, click on this and it will show all events, you can then reselect events and resave. Once you select events, the rest will disappear. If you don't see all the events for your swimmer this may have happened inadvertently, so go to add entries use the show all button, re add events and it should work.
